Austrian Railway Group

The Austrian Railway Group was formed for the promotion of interest in the railways of Austria from their inception through to the present day. Railways under all ownerships are covered, as are standard and narrow gauge railways and tramways.

Individual booklets have been produced for the railways in and around Linz, Wien/Vienna, Salzburg and Innsbruck and are in preparation for other rail centres. Click here to see ARG publications. There are also booklets on Stern und Hafferl, the Erzbergbahnen and Austrian Signalling.
