Dolischo is a small company based in Modling which imports various manufacturers' models to Austria and markets them there under its own name. In recent times their business strategy has been extended to inviting orders for desirable models and, if the numbers confirm sufficient interest, commissioning them for sale under the Dolischo label.

They act as importers to Austria of Piko. Products often appear in Piko or Liliput boxes.

One such example is the ÖBB Class 5146 diesel railcar which has been produced by Bachmann Liliput - it is an excellent model.

Currently (Autumn 2005) orders are being invited through Austrian retailers for a Dolischo-commissioned Class 4030/7030/6030 EMU
