Stern & Hafferl Verkehr

Stern und Hafferl operate a number of lines on Oberöstereich. There is an excellent two part article in Continental Modeller (July/August 2004).

The LiLo (LInzer LOkalbahn) operation runs from Linz Hbf out towards Scharding, with termini at Neumarkt and Peuerbach. The Neumarkt, Waizenkirchen and Peuerbach (NWO) has been incorporated in LiLo since the 1990s.

It is possibly to travel on three of the lines in an end to end journey from Haag to Lambach, changing at the Westbahn OBB station to join a Lambach - Vorchdorf service,and there crossing the yard from side to side to join the narrow gauge service to Gmunden.

The remaining current service is another narrow gauge line from Vocklamarkt to Attersee. Once in S&H's management, the Burmoos- Trimmelkam line is now with the SLB.
